We share shipment data (sender address, recipient address, package details) with ShipEngine and the relevant carrier to generate your label. Payment processing is handled by Stripe (cards) and Paymento (crypto). Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they use your data.
We retain shipment records for up to 3 years for compliance and support purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support. Labels that have been submitted to carriers cannot be deleted from carrier systems.
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) for data in transit and encrypt sensitive fields at rest. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plain text. We do not store cryptocurrency wallet keys or payment card numbers.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact our support team.
We use a single session cookie for authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. No third-party analytics scripts are loaded.
