By accessing or using CourierGenius (“we”, “our”, “the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
CourierGenius is an online platform that allows users to purchase discounted shipping labels from major carriers including USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, Royal Mail, PostNL, DPD, and others. We act as a reseller of carrier services and are not a carrier ourselves.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
You may use the Service as a guest or by creating a free account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
All prices are displayed in USD, EUR, or GBP and include our service fee. Payments can be made via cryptocurrency through Paymento or via account balance topped up by credit/debit card through Stripe. All sales are final unless a label has not been scanned by the carrier, in which case our Refund Policy applies.

Violation of these restrictions may result in account termination, label voiding, and reporting to relevant authorities.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all addresses, package weights, and dimensions you enter. Incorrect information may result in surcharges from the carrier that will be passed on to you, or in the label being voided.
CourierGenius is a label reseller and is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, damaged shipments, or other carrier-related issues. Claims for lost or damaged packages must be filed directly with the carrier. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific label giving rise to the claim.
All content, trademarks, and software on the Service are the property of CourierGenius or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
