Refund Policy

Overview

Because shipping labels are instantly generated and transmitted to carriers, refunds are only available in specific circumstances. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

When You Can Request a Refund

You may request a label void and refund if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The label has not been scanned or used by the carrier
  • The request is submitted within 28 days of the purchase date
  • The carrier confirms the void is approved (not all carriers allow voids)

How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are issued as account balance credit in the same currency as the original payment (USD, EUR, or GBP). Credits will appear in your account within 1 to 3 business days of approval. We do not issue refunds back to the original cryptocurrency wallet or payment card.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • The label has been scanned or accepted by the carrier
  • The request is submitted more than 28 days after purchase
  • The carrier does not support label voids for the selected service
  • The label was purchased with a balance that was itself funded by a promotional credit
  • The shipment details (weight, dimensions, or address) were entered incorrectly

Carrier Surcharges

If a carrier applies a surcharge to a shipment because of inaccurate weight, dimensions, or address information entered by the user, that surcharge will be deducted from the account balance. We will notify you before processing any surcharge deduction where possible.

Lost or Damaged Packages

CourierGenius is a shipping label reseller and is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit. All claims for loss or damage must be filed directly with the carrier using the tracking number on your label. We can provide the shipment details needed to support your claim upon request.

How to Request a Refund

To request a void and refund, contact our support team with your label ID (found on your shipment detail page or in your email receipt) and the reason for the request. We will confirm eligibility and initiate the void with the carrier within 1 to 2 business days.

Account Balance Withdrawals

Account balance credits are non-withdrawable and can only be used to purchase shipping labels on the platform. If you close your account, any remaining balance will be forfeited.
